Fundraising
As Caterpillars is a charity, it relies heavily on our fundraising events to raise money to buy much appreciated new toys and equipment for the children.
Each school year the volunteer committee arrange different events for the parents and children to partake in to raise money for the preschool.
We hold mini events during the academic year, which may include colouring competitions, fancy dress days, sponsored events, children's photograph sessions, etc.
We have a link to a school fundraising website that donates a percentage of money spent when a parent uses this link before they shop. If you use Amazon for shopping, accessing through ‘Smile.Amazon’ will gain us a percentage of what you spend.
Did you know you can help the preschool very easily, just by doing the shopping you usually would on Amazon! Sign up to Amazon Smile and for every item you buy, Amazon will give a percentage of the sale price as a donation to the preschool. It's free for you to do, and really benefits the preschool and children. It's easy to sign up to, but if you need a hand on what to do please ask a member of staff or committee
